2、负责质量体系文件的制定、完善和更新,收集并贯彻、执行国家有关医疗器械管理的法律法规和各项通知要求。
3、坚持质量原则,拒绝不合格产品入库,有效行使否决权;在规定的时间和场所,按法定标准和质量验收规程细则对购进生产配件及材料、销售退回产品逐批进行验收,并将验收及检验报告整理归档。
4、负责在库医疗器械的养护工作,定期对库存产品进行质量养护检查, 负责建立验收、养护信息档案。
5、指导和监督仓库保管、养护和运输中的质量工作。
6、检查在库产品的储存条件,指导并配合保管人员进行库房温、湿度的管理, 做好库内温、湿度记录;对温度出现异常情况采取相应的措施。
7、定期汇总、分析和上报养护检查等产品质量信息。
8、负责所有公司所经营品种的齐全资质文件及每批次出厂检验报告等资料的存档保管以及更新工作。
9、 负责对供货单位系统输入及其合法性的审核,并对上述资质进行监控、更新,保证其持续合法、有效。
10、定期对公司认证体系及质量管理制度的执行情况进行内部评审和检查,并配合政府相关职能部门的各项审查。
11、完成上级领导交待的其它工作。
