1.负责公司各类生产经营资质证书、企业信用等级等企业资质的申报、变更、维护以及各类证书的集中管理和使用；
2.负责各种注册类证书、岗位证书等相关职业资格证书申报、注册、转入和转出；
3.负责牵头组织企业质量管理体系认证（ISO9001)、环境管理体系认证(ISO14001)、职业健康安全管理体系认证（ISO45001)以及其他公司生产经营必需的产品认证、服务认证和管理体系认证；
4.负责公司经营资质和工商信息的管理和维护，包括但不限于：年报年审；公司章程修订；办理工商变更登记手续等；
5.建立和完善公司档案管理制度，对公司各类档案资料进行收集、整理、保管、鉴定、编目、检索、统计和提供利用的活动（借阅、复制、函调、展示等）；
6.负责公司经营合同的审核、盖章、归档备案，以及经济合同的分类统计与管理工作。
任职资格
1.本科及以上学历，熟悉行政管理知识，行政管理、档案管理、图书情报等相关专业；
2.有证照管理且资质申报、维护经验优先；
3.管熟练使用office软件；
4.沟通协调能力强，文字功底强，抗压能力强，有团队精神。
