Job responsibility:
1. In charge of overall quality management of the company.
2. Responsible for establishing and improving the quality management system, organizing and leading the internal audit, and maintaining the normal and effective operation of the management system.
3. Responsible for organizing and formulating quality plans and objectives, and supervising the implementation to ensure product quality, including supplier material quality, process quality, client quality and other management work.
4. Responsible for organizing quality analysis and continuous quality improvement activities, developing quality assurance and quality verification programs, and organizing their implementation.
5. Responsible for the formulation, review, promotion and implementation of the department's management system and process;Organize the implementation of various rules, procedures and standards.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic technology, aged from 30 to 45.
At least 3 years quality working experience in electronic manufacturing industry. Familiar with electronic manufacturing process, understand related quality standard requirements and quality control points, battery or charger quality control experience is preferred.
3. Good at the establishment and maintenance of quality management system, able to independently respond to customer on-site and third-party audit, good communication skills.
4. Flexibly use seven QC techniques and SPC statistical techniques for quality analysis and control, proficient in 8D.
5．Proficient in ISO9001,IATF16949 quality management system.
6. Fluent in spoken English, Japanese.
