This is a rotating shift position responsible for day to day operation of L400 site. This role mainly take charge of the shift production to ensure GAN and Liquid Nitrogen production per production Plan, and responsible for shift field safety, efficient and reliable Operation for the Plant ,execute daily safety inspection and general shift routine inspection, assist GSS-M engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance work and other assigned works by Production supervisor or manager.
此为一轮班岗位，负责L400现场的日常运作，其主要职责为从事轮班生产以确保氮气及液氮产品的供应能按生产计划执行，同时确保其所在当班班组工作现场的安全，有效及可靠运行，执行日常的安全检查及基本的例行检查工作，协助维修部门的工程师实施预防性维修工作及生产主管或经理所安排的其它工作。

主要工作职责：
1. Expect to work shift without supervision, as such the individual shall be able to perform all outside and inside activities in the plant
无需监督情况下可值班并可完成工厂内外的所有工作
2. Learn and implement safety procedures, standards and relevant procedures and policies of AP and local government, manage the day-to-day safety issues of the plant including safety standard supporting, organizing safety meeting, performing safety audits issuing, work permits, BSP/SIP plan implement, ITS input, carrying our all the process safety tasks of the plant, etc.
学习并贯彻空气化工产品公司及当地政府部门所颁布的安全程序标准及相关程序及政策，管理工厂日常安全事宜包括支持安全标准化工作，组织安全会，执行安全检查，工作许可证，BSP/ SIP，ITS系统输入，贯彻所有工厂流程安全任务等
3. Work closely with other operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the ASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer loading, routine equipments inspection, PM02 etc., ensure the plant run safely and efficiently, record daily production process data and report, and execute daily/monthly routine job, actively participate in TAR/Outages/Start-ups
与其它操作员及工程师密切配合进行日常工艺过程的调整，管道输送系统的检查，产品质量的控制，槽车的充装以及例行设备巡查等以确保工厂安全及有效的运行，记录日常生产工艺参数数据及报告，执行日常/月度的例行工作， 积极参与工厂大修，停电及起厂
4. Require to focus on activities and or roles, such as Best Practice coordinator, SWIM coordinator, Write MOCs, SWIMs, JSAs, downtime report, monthly report, production report, responsible for plant reliability management, productivity optimize, Knowledgeable in EH&S procedure, best practice implementation / participation, SAP/CM system implement and compliancy.

5. Participate in startup and commissioning of new sites positively in the region as well as training the newly hired workforce if needed, and participate in oral board reviews for level 2 and below

6. Keep good communication and close cooperation with logistics, customers, local operation team, OSC, GSS-M, GSS team, commercial team etc

7. Support all the CN29 sites’ operation, including FMI/CDY/Meilin VSA/Huizhou Samsung/AGC/Shen Ai/L400, 24 hours on call
支持所有CN29现场的操作，包括FMI/CDY/Meilin VSA/Huizhou Samsung/AGC/Shen Ai/L400， 24小时手机开机待命
8. Responsible for plant spare parts management including parts order, receiving, store, safety storage review and others transaction.
负责工厂备件管理，包括备件订购，接收，入库，安全库存审查以及其他事务

资历及背景经验：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Instrument Engineering, Chemical engineering, Chemical, or other appreciated engineering.
本科以上学历，仪控、化工、化学等相关工科专业
2. 2 year working experience in plant operations with experience in gas, petrochemical, semiconductor or related industries prefer
两年以上从事气体、化工、半导体等相关工厂操作经验
3. Hard working, high work efficiency under high pressure, learn fast, good team work spirit, good interpersonal communications skills, ability to handle level communication with customer and flexibility to manage complex issues and changes.

4. CET 4 or above, fluent oral English and good written English
