1.Statutory documents process, including legal invoice, payment requests, expense reports, etc.,
？Receive vendor invoice.
？Review validity of legal invoice per tax administration rule, process return for invalid invoice
？Scanning invoice into SAP
？Retrieve report from SAP
？Distribute to downstream process for filing and VAT tax insurance
 
 
2.Travel expense report administration
？Collect reports & assist for internal audit
？Filing & Archive the TM report according to TM trip number 
 
  
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
1.Graduate of college/institute, major in tax/accounting or economics
2.Basic skills in communication and problem solving, be able to complete tasks assigned independently and actively
3.Work hard and be responsible
4.Good PC skills; SAP experience is plus
5.Acceptable English communication
