2. To plan for inbound / outbound.
3. To do inventory reconciliation monthly with customers.
4. Arrange stock take.
5. Supervise to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
6. Coordinate with traffic and shipping departments.
7. Communicate with customers on inventory matters.
8. Ensures proper filing systems and other administrative duties.
9. Liaise with warehouse supervisors with regards to operational problems.
10. Maintains good rapport with customers.
11. Make necessary recommendations to management for improvement in work methods to enhance overall work efficiency.
12. Performs other job related functions as and when required by superior.
