Responsibilities: 
1. Define and deploy a consistent value based offering for W&C market, including gas, equipment, knowledge and services.
2. Industrialize and implement the offerings throughout China – including training and coaching of the regional W&C teams.
3. Build solid & systematic partnerships with Laser OEM’s, make AL become their preferred cooperation partner in China. (Welding OEM as well).
4. Watch competition activity and propose sustainable actions to adjust the AL tactics/strategy.
5. Carefully listen to customers, regional teams and prescriptors - and identify new market opportunities to develop the sales.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Analytical domain.
2. Strong knowledge of China Welding & Cutting market.
3. More than 5 years working experience in marketing function.
4. Team working and good communication skill.
5. Fluent in both oral and written English.

About Air Liquide in China
Already present in China in 1916 and with an increased development in the last 15 years, Air Liquide employs about 2,500 people in this country. Main activities are industrial and medical gas operations (Air Liquide China) and Engineering & Construction (Air Liquide Hangzhou and Lurgi), designing and manufacturing in China air separations units and hydrogen plants. Air Liquide operations are located in the industrial areas of Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning and Shandong in the north, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang in the east, and expanding to Hubei, Sichuan and Shaanxi in the mid-west, and Guangdong in the south.
