职位要求

具体岗位描述:

1、 处理客户订单及安排出货计划 Processing of customer order and delivery plan

2、组织客户订单评审 Organize the review process of customer orders.
3、追踪生产进度与出货进度Follow up on progress of production and shipment status.
4、审核订单要求,在订单敲定前与顾客联系,解决产品要求的差异及变动。 Review customer order or contract, contact customer to resolve the differences or changes on customer requirements before confirm the order.
5、执行用户满意度调查,促进合格品、服务和技术改善以达到用户满意。
Assist Conduct surveys on customer satisfaction, to improve products and services quality, as well as the technical supports to meet customers\' satisfaction.
6、依销售合约实现产品销售要求, 处理及解决售后产品和服务问题, 处理顾客抱怨与投诉。Implement and comply with sales order and product requirements, resolve product and service problems, production customer complaints.
7、依要求向客户发送报价单 Provide quotations to customer upon demand
8、参与和实施ROHS/禁限用物质管理及环境计划有关的活动。To participate and implement planned activities so as to contribute to the achievement of the environment / ROHS/ hazardous substance control program
9、确保及遵守质量, ROHS和环境管理体系,文档的运行及控制。 To ensure compliance with requirements/ documentation/ operation control of our Quality and Environmental Management System..
10、按时完成上司指定的其它工作 Complete on time any other job assigned by boss.
