- University degree，college or technical high school education in mechanical engineering
机械工程类专业，本科，大专或中专学历
- preferred with more than 3 years of working experience. 
- 工作年限3年以上优先
- Strong background in the field of Casting
有铸造工艺的技术和知识背景，熟悉铸造产品
- Proficient read and written English skills， preferable with oral English. 
有英语阅读和书写能力，能口语交流优先
- Experience in supply market research, supplier management and cost controlling， and strategic thinking
有开发市场，供应商管理和成本控制经验， 能对供应商和产品进行战略规划
- Highly communicative and assertive personality
很强的沟通能力，自信
- Intercultural competencies, preferable experience in working for/with foreign companies
接受多元文化环境，有欧美公司工作经验优先
