任职要求：
1、男性，25岁-49岁；
2、大专及以上学历。
3、机械、机电及电气一体化相关专业。
4、熟悉三相电机的设计、制造及加工工艺，有电机行业5年以上研发工作经验。
5、熟练使用Solidworks、CAD等制图软件。
6、良好的沟通及组织协调能力。
7、能做好公司的技术服务工作，协助销售部门给予客户专业的技术支持。
岗位职责：
1、负责电机的开发和改进设计，为团队提供技术支持；
2、绘制电机产品的装配图和零部件图；
3、电机优化和技术品管工作；
4、负责生产过程工艺制定，指导工人完成电机的装配、调试、检验等，并编写操作流程；
5、负责及时指导、处理和解决生产过程中出现的技术问题，确保生产工作的正常运行；
6、负责为公司相关部门和客户提供技术服务、技术指导、技术培训和技术咨询服务；
7、负责为销售售后服务中出现的重大技术问题及时提供技术支持和服务；
8、负责生产所需模具的设计、制造及新设备的研发引进工作；
9、负责协助综合管理部对本公司相关人员进行专业技能培训。
薪酬待遇：包食宿、购买社保，月综合薪酬12000-15000元。
