5． 销售实施进程中各阶段管理，确保及时响应客户需求。

6． 制定并实施销售计划以满足业绩期望与目标。

7． 具备团队协作和配合精神，为公司树立良好的企业形象。

8． 自觉自律遵守公司各项规定。

9． 上级交付的其他工作。


岗位要求：

1．本专科或以上学历，相关机械行业背景，液压行业优先；

2．3年或以上相关工作经验；

3．较强的沟通、表达、协调能力；

4．积极进取，且具良好的分析能力；

5．适应不同环境的团队；

6．能够经常出差。


Responsibilities:

1． Good communication、appetency and influence skills , and to establish mutual trust relationship with customer;

2． Has the passion and ability to develop new customers, understand the needs and competitive information of customers;

3． Introduce the product’s technical characteristics and applications of Stauff familiarly and fully;

4． Prepare sales proposals based on customer’s needs and expectations;

5． Administrate all phases of sales process to insure response the customer’s requirement effectively and timely;

6． Develop and executes sales plan to meet performance expectations and requirements;

7． Good team cooperation spirit, set up good enterprise image for the company;

8． Comply with the company discipline consciously;

9． Mission assigned by Superior.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor/College degree or above, Mechanical Engineering background;

2. Minimum 3 years related working experience;

3. Strong capability of communication, expression and coordination;

4. Mature, aggressive, hardworking and with good analytical skills;

5. Able to work both in a team and an independent environment;

6. Willing to travel frequently.
