1. 数据中心的故障管理,现场故障处理的技术指导,故障原因的分析以及预防措施的制定;
2. 数据中心的变更管理,针对机房提交变更方案的审核,变更过程的监护及变更结果评估;
3. 数据中心的维护保养管理,审核维护保养计划、维护保养规程,对标维护计划及规程对现场运维的维护工作实施检查 ,深度维护方案的制定及现场组织实施指导;
4. 数据中心进行定期点检、风险评估,对于发现的安全问题督促现场整改;
5. 数据中心设备的标准运行工况参数的制定,对系统运行数据进行分析,排查安全隐患;
6. 针对客户提出的问题为现场运维提供技术支持,满足客户的需求;
7. 新建数据中心的图纸审核、关键设备厂验,施工安装检查及机房验证测试;
8. 数据中心的能效优化工作,通过数据分析,现场勘查制定优化方案并指导现场实施;
9. 编制运维专业课件及考试题库,并对机房运维进行专业技能培训及专业技能考核评估;
10. 制定数据中心设备预防性维修方案并组织现场实施;
定期检查机房运维工作质量,主要包括事件处理质量,维保任务质量,变更操作质量等。
任职资格:
1、大学专科(含)以上,暖通、电气、自动控制相关专业;
2、具备5年及以上设计、调试或运行维护工作经验,具有数据中心工作经验优先;
3、通用技能:
1) 熟悉数据中心系统架构及相关设备运行维护的管理办法;
2) 具备设备调试、运行维护、故障判断分析及处理的实践经验;
3) 精通CAD读图,具备一般绘图能力;
4) 熟练掌握办公软件的操作使用,具备良好的文字组织、撰写及报告能力;
5) 熟悉国家、数据中心行业标准。
电气工程师:熟悉供配电技术,继电保护及电气控制等电气专业技术,熟悉高低压配电系统、UPS、HVDC、柴油发电机组等设备。
