Responsibilities ? Carry and achieve an JWI software revenue and margin targets ? Generation, development and management of sales leads ? Execute business and territory plans which focus on JWI Business activities ? Demonstrate clearly and continually a "customer centric" approach during all customer interactions ? Manage a commercial relationship with the customer and maintain customer data through the identification and evaluation of - customer’s product requirement ? Work with supporting Sales resources (ex. Sales Rep, BDM, Partner sales, etc) to create demand for agreed JWI solutions, and assist in the identification and implementation of effective Sales Programs to generate new business opportunities ? Educate and work with the JWI Partners on where and how to identify opportunities with new and current customers regarding the JWI solution offering. ? Pro-active, consistent communication via e-vehicle (Webcast, web seminars, remote demos, Proof Of Concepts) ? Demonstrate knowledge of market and IT industry ? Sales planning and forecast management through the collection of feedback, market information and industry trends, product requirement and competitive issues ? Build the value proposition for the customer ? Preparation of the necessary "clean" paperwork in order to get the orders processed and shipped to the customer ? Learn and maintain one or multiple of the in-depth knowledge of JWI products(PLM, Cloud platform, digital fatory, IIOT ), as well as competitive products and technologies and industry trends ? Additional tasks may be required from time to time Job Requirements EXPERIENCE Essential ? Ability to show successful achievement of individual software sales targets. ? 4+ years IT industry experience with comprehensive PLM or Factory software experience C preferably PLM, CAD software, ERP, or MES experience ? 4+ years in Technology sales, sales consulting and marketing ? Ability to articulate and credibly discuss industry issues, trends and business solutions with customers / prospects ? Ability to accurately forecast, and successfully close new business. ? Business development, prospecting and presentation skills. ? Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development. ? Must be able to work with teams to help execute strategies, provide business solutions and be able to assist other Technology sales representatives towards Oracle Systems revenue ? Ability to analyse, and document potential customers’ requirements and position solutions to address such needs ? Competitive product knowledge (PTC, DASSULT, SIEMENS SOFTWARE, ORACLE, SAP , Ansys, Etc.) ? Compatible interpersonal skills and multi cultural sensitivity ? Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing, progressive organization ? Ability to work independently and with a team ? Ability to develop relationships with Partners, Field Account Managers and with internal support staff. ? Ability to work to plan and execute multiple projects in parallel, and work to a deadline to achieve project milestones ? Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills, both written and verbal as well as training skills ? Ability to confidently communicate at multiple organization levels C including C-Level ? Strong ability to influence people and align remote teams to achieve agreed goals and objectives ? Proactive, creative and innovative thinker
