POSITION SUMMARY

As a member of China Talent Acquisition team, to be responsible for the implementation of recruitment process from end to end and other staffing related administrative tasks for certain subsidiaries and functional teams of Air Products China. The jobholder reports directly to China Staffing Manager.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

? In charge of fulfilling vacancies including permanent positions, contractors and interns of certain businesses and functions of the company across different locations in China and ensure high-quality output.
? Provide administrative support to fulfilling recruitment process for the businesses and functions as assigned; tasks include coordinate candidate interview schedules, ensure candidate’s completion of application forms, generate offer letter, liaise with hiring managers and candidates for any on boarding details, etc.
? Analyze recruiting activities in order to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
? Consolidate and generate various recruitment status reports on regular basis.
? Manage recruiting information on job boards and social media.
? Manage the payment process for recruiting through submitting request and record keeping.
? Any other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Job incumbent is expected to have Bachelor’s degree with around 2 years working experience in recruitment related area in corporate or headhunting companies.
2. Willing to work under pressure and commit deliveries.
3. Can work effectively in English.
4. Hands-on, motivated and disciplined.
5. A good team player.
