POSITION SUMMARYProvides customer and technical support
through analysis and problem solving to facilitate installation, implementation,
maintenance, education, and documentation of a variety of computer and software
technologies. Will directly interact with end user onsite to affect a repair or
solution.  Also provides support for Data Center Operations (DC Ops) and is
responsible for the support of the centralized Air Products computing
environment around the world, but specifically for the Asia
Region.
 PurposeThe Technical Support Client team is
responsible for the second/third level support of the Air Products PC
environment with a focus on the Client Desktop (i.e. PC Operating Systems,
including virtual, and Applications), Messaging, Network and Remote
Connectivity, Viruses/Security, Network Printing, and Software Distribution. 
Other responsibilities, as needed, could include working with Engineering teams
to provide additional testing, training, troubleshooting and problem resolution,
participation in teams to resolve infrastructure related problems, providing
consultation, testing, piloting, training and documentation for the support
teams.
 
Nature and
Scope
The Technical Support Client team is part of
Global IT Infrastructure Operations Organization, serving as an integral part of
the IT Support chain. The team provides level 2 support for issues related to
the end-user computing experience.
 
 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESA significant portion of the job
responsibility revolves around the support of the client technologies with a
focus on the Air Products desktop, problem solving teams, project landings and
testing.Working with Technical Support and Engineering
teams to provide additional testing, training, troubleshooting and
documentation.Provide training and consultation for the
Level 1 help desk agents.Provide operational support for the enterprise
computing environment (SAP Applications, VMWare, Hyper-V, Windows Servers, Wide
Area Network, UC4 batch scheduling, etc)Cover prime-time (Business) hours from Monday
through Friday (local time) and on-call support for urgent situations on
non-prime-time hours, weekends and holidays.Communications, research, testing,
documentation, project management and
trouble-shooting MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an
engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience5+ years of IT Infrastructure support

POSITION SUMMARY Purpose The Assistant will report to the Director of Procurement IG Asia across all required responsibilities. The candidate will provide general administrative support to the office, manage communication and coordination with senior management leaders within and across the organizations, maintain and actively track the management agenda to ensure decisions made by leadership team are well carried out, as well as take lead of any projects as assigned by the Director. Nature and Scope The position’s responsibilities include: Organizes the office for maximum operational efficiency.  Builds the personal agenda / schedule of      the Director and manages the agenda of the Director’s leadership team key      activities, actively tracks and facilitate the quality implementation of      the decision made by the leadership team through coordination,      participation and logistics support wherever necessary. Plans, arranges and coordinates specific meetings, occasions,      operations, presentations, conferences or other group events. Participates      in the planning and establishment of goals and objectives for conferences,      meetings, and/or events, with respect to budgets, speakers, facilities,      technology, equipment, logistical requirements, and other related issues.Project manages various regional and corporate programs and      projects as assigned by      the Director, either conducted independently or      within a group setting; identifies resource needs; develops action plans,      procedures and timelines for achieving program or project objectives.Lead the      budget planning and management process, responsible for budget tracking      and report the deployment status on a regular (monthly) basis.Authors/customizes/revises communication materials; researches,      assembles and disseminates organization-related materials and      documentation as required. Handles/processes extremely confidential      correspondence, reports, and prep materials.Collects and publishes market analyses (Customers, Competition,      Suppliers, Financial and Geopolitical).Collects and analyzes data on the activities and performance of      Asia Procurement programs and projects, including identifies program      successes, areas of concerns and opportunities for improvement. The position will be located in Shanghai, P.R.C. This position will report to the Director, Procurement IG Asia.  Dimensions Support a regional organization of 40+ members across Asia. QUALIFICATIONS University degree. 4+ years relevant work experience Confident communicator with a strong sense of business issues      and retain a focused and down-to-earth professional approach in the work      environment. Strong English language skills both oral and written. Fluency      in reading, writing, and speaking Self-initiated in terms of prioritizing daily support to the      Director and his leadership teamExperienced in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, good      organizing ability and team work spirit [详情]
