Basic Accountabilities:
1.   Follow up company ethic policy, and finish all the related trainings on time every year.
2.   Be responsible for studying, understanding and compliance with OTIS EHS rules procedures and related EHS legal requirement.
3.   Prepare every kind of reports, which are laconic but clear and all-sided, flexible in format and attractive.
4.   Help Director to promote and always keep our customer service strategy to be the lead position in the industry.
5.   Support the Director to coordinate the internal works well in the department.
6.   And as the main communication channel, to keep the smooth communication between the department and frontline.
7.   Help the Director to communicate and coordinate with other departments.
8.   Follow Service Excellence policies and procedures, implement SE customer commitments, participate in SE activities and training programs and achieve SE goals/targets.
9.   Leads the ACE events in department guided by Director and company ACE officers.
10.  Attend meetings chaired by Director, record minutes of meeting, and distribute, and follow-up.
11.  Responsible for collecting, filing and keeping relevant documents, materials, etc.
12.  Calculate and deliver timely IC to the payroll center: sales IC, field IC, Mod IC, managers IC.
13.  Answers the operations requests and escalates any issue.
14.  Conduct overall service IC performance analysis and provide management the integrated analysis report.
15.  Provides service operation managers intermediate reports on IC metrics status.
16.  Review the existing all IC program under service operations every year and assess its efficiency versus the business results. Analyses the link between the business results evolution and the metrics used to calculate IC.
17.  Propose changes in the IC scheme at the end of each year. Propose and write the updated IC policies accordingly. Track the changes to measure the new scheme efficiency.
18.  Implement the sales and field awarding activity in order to stimulate the sales and field performance.
19.  Analyze every month the service sales and field activities to identify the best people and promote their performances. Establish the sales force ranking on a monthly base.
20.  Lead the IC trainings delivered to the operations.
21.  Perform other works as requested by Director.   Qualification Requirement:
1. Education: University or above,Degree holder of sales & marketing or finance
2. Experience: 2-3 years experience in product marketing and/or selling, preferably with the lift elevators or finance background .
3. Language: Good skills in both spoken and written English; 6th degree English translating/interpreting level.
4. Computer Skills: skillful in computer operation.
5. Very good skills on office software.
