3.Responsible, proactive work attitude, team spirit, able to adapt to Western efficient work environment, good communication skills and project management ability, experience the auspices of an independent project;
4.Large design institute, joint venture or abroad design firm's work experience is preferred.
5.Licensed certification holders are preferred.

岗位职责：
1、熟练掌握财经政策、法规、企业会计准则及相关财务会计制度。
2、认真检查、监督、审查经费的收支情况；掌握经费支出的范围和开支标准，遵守专款专用原则。
3、分清资金渠道，合理使用资金。严格掌握费用开支范围和开支标准。
4、定期编报各种会计报表，做到数字真实，计算准确，内容完整，报送及时，不弄虚作假。
5、定期核对固定资产帐目，作到帐实相符。
6、做好财务分析，定期向上级领导汇报财务收支执行情况。
7、原始凭证的审核，严格检查不真实、不合法及没有履行审批手续的凭证。
8、原始凭证、会计凭证、帐簿等会计档案要定期清理分类，装订成册，妥善保管。
9、严格执行财务管理方面的安全制度，确保不出安全问题。

任职资格：
1、财务会计或审计工作五年以上工作经验。
2、会计中级以上职称，注册会计师优先考虑。
3、熟悉新企业会计准则及财务工作流程，对各项业务熟练精通，具备实务操作经验。
4、熟悉政府、税务、机关等各相关部门的办事流程。
5、良好的操作财务软件及办公自动化软件的能力。
